These are some images from the Linda McCartney exhibition. She began to photograph artists such as, Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, The Doors and of course The Beatles were a popular subject of hers. The majority of the images are taken using black and white film which gives a real unstaged look about them. She often photographed in a very casual manner, capturing real situations and capturing people in their natural state rather that posing for the camera. The artists all seem very relaxed in the images and very unaware of the camera, this is a style I would like to capture in some of our own images and create a very relaxed, real mood in casual poses.
